Privacy Policy

VidoGet is designed to minimize unnecessary collection. The website stores recent analyzed-task history in your browser using localStorage so that your recent items can appear on your device. You can clear that history from the interface or through your browser storage controls.

When you submit a media URL for analysis or request a download, the request is sent to VidoGet server infrastructure, including the production backend currently hosted through Railway, so the server can inspect the public source and prepare available media information or a transfer. Server logs may temporarily contain technical information such as timestamps, request status, error category, IP/network information, and user-agent data needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

VidoGet may load resources from third parties such as font providers, hosting/CDN infrastructure, source media platforms, or links you choose to open. Those services operate under their own privacy practices. VidoGet does not ask you to send account passwords or authentication secrets through the normal website interface.

We do not intentionally use the local recent-history feature as a cross-site tracking mechanism. Retention and infrastructure practices may change as the service evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page. For privacy questions or requests, contact info[at]vidoget.com.
