Copyright & Takedown Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-07

VidoGet respects copyright and other intellectual-property rights. The service is a tool for processing URLs and does not transfer ownership of third-party content to the user. Public availability of a media page does not automatically mean the media may be copied, redistributed, monetized, or republished.

If you are a rights holder or an authorized representative and believe VidoGet is being used in a way that infringes your rights, send a notice to info[at]vidoget.com. Include the copyrighted work you are identifying, the specific URL or material at issue, the source URL when relevant, your contact details, a statement describing your authority to act, and enough information for us to evaluate the request.

Please make accurate, good-faith reports. Depending on the circumstances, we may request additional information, restrict specific functionality, block problematic source patterns, preserve relevant technical records, or take other reasonable steps. Where a formal statutory notice-and-takedown process applies, your notice should satisfy the requirements of that process.

This page is not a substitute for legal advice and does not designate a statutory agent unless VidoGet separately publishes the legally required designation.
